I am sure everyone has seen the TED flyers in almost every campus build you step into signaling that the massive marketing push has commenced. Everyone jump on board and this train will continue until we hit the magic number for 1,300+ tickets sold! So everyone check out the sign-up sheet below to see how you can help us market!
Tonight in Gen Team
Every Gen team meeting from tonight up until conference day is extremely important and every members should attend. We will discuss our marketing strategy and how we plan on raising awareness in the Ann Arbor community. We also will begin to discuss conference logistics and what the schedule will be leading up to conference day as well as day of conference roles. We also have a new room for gen team this semster… East Quad 1423!
Build Day Tomorrow
We made great progress in our build day yesterday and we will hopefully conclude our work tomorrow! To make this happen we would need more of our TEDx members to show up to build day! It’s a great chance to make a contribution to the conference planning efforts and to work with and get to know members outside of your subteams.
Build day tomorrow will be on North Campus in G.G. Brown in the CSED Lab located on the 3rd floor.
